Agreement
By using the facoolta website, app, or access forms, you agree to these Terms. Additional in-app or institutional terms may apply when your account is connected to a campus system.
What facoolta is
facoolta is a student operating layer with focused features: home, unidrive, doctor, ginny, facultalk, and optional studate. Moodle connectivity follows Mobile WS rules and campus policies.
Eligibility
You must have the right to use any account, LMS credential, token, or institutional information you connect or submit. studate requires users to be at least 17.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the website or app, impersonate institutions, submit misleading partner information, disrupt LMS access, automate extraction against facoolta systems, or misuse community features.
Campus systems
Moodle connectivity follows Mobile WS rules, student consent, and campus policy. A campus may limit available LMS functions, and facoolta features must respect those limits.
Marketing claims
Customer stories, adoption figures, and distribution URLs should be backed by approved business records. Real named universities are not customers, partners, sponsors, or endorsers unless a separate approved claim is published.
Liability and governing law
facoolta is provided under the service terms and institutional agreements that apply to your account. Liability, dispute, and governing-law terms may vary by contract and jurisdiction.
